Once your payment has been successfully processed, you will receive a download link via email and on your order confirmation page. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.

2. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final.

Because LUT files cannot be returned once downloaded, we do not offer refunds or exchanges except under the following circumstances:

  • The files are corrupted or do not function as intended

  • You received the wrong product due to an error on our end
